Less than 5% of working artists receive the majority of visibility, representation, and long-term career momentum. Their paths are shaped by geography, networks, and the compounding effect of being seen by the right people at the right time.

The rest — the self-taught, the geographically distant, those outside the right institutions and the right rooms — build their practices in near-silence. Not for lack of talent. For lack of access.

Hana has spent her career at the intersection of technology and operations — across defence, aerospace, and financial risk. Postgraduate study in AI sharpened a conviction that intelligent systems, built with care, can reshape how opportunity moves.

A connection to the art world runs alongside it. A window in that journey became the founding moment of Artemex.
