4. Lawful basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of consent. When you submit a form, you are asked to actively confirm that you agree to your data being processed for the purposes described in this notice. You may withdraw that consent at any time (see section 8).
5. How your data is stored — Netlify
Our website uses Netlify Forms to receive and store form submissions. Netlify, Inc. acts as a data processor on our behalf.
- Data processor: Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA
- Storage location: Form submissions are stored on Netlify’s servers, which may be located in the United States or other countries outside the UK and European Economic Area (EEA)
- Transfer safeguard: Netlify relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office as the legal mechanism for transferring personal data outside the UK. You can review Netlify’s data processing addendum and privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy
- Security: Netlify implements industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit and at rest. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
Form submissions are accessible only to Artemex team members through the Netlify dashboard, which is protected by authenticated access.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal data for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, unless a working relationship has been established — in which case we retain relevant records only for as long as necessary to manage that relationship.
If we have not been in active contact with you within 12 months of your enquiry, your data will be permanently deleted from both our records and the Netlify dashboard.
You may also request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@artemex.io (see section 8).
7. Who we share your data with
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Your data may be accessed by:
- Netlify — as our form processing and hosting provider, acting as a data processor under contract
- Artemex team members — who review enquiries for the purpose of assessing and responding to your submission
If we engage any additional processors in future (for example, a CRM or email platform), this notice will be updated to reflect that, and you will be informed if it materially affects how your data is used.
8. Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK data protection law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

- Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@artemex.io. We will respond within one calendar month. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
